1pm Paul McGinnis
Paul J McInnis is literate, insightful and wholly unique. He’ll make you laugh, break your heart, and cause you to question your own life, all within the same 3 minute song.
5pm The Vaudvillian
"The Dirty 30's Trio, The Vaudevillian make you get off your doggone caboose & do the lindy hop! The old fashioned gentleman, Jitterbug James, the mouthy Norah Spades & the Southerner Piedmont Johnson bring you dancing numbers from the prohibition period!
9:30pm Elliott & The Audio Kings
Blues traditionalists at heart, Elliott and the Audio Kings tackle everything from jump blues and big shuffles to 50s style rock and roll. Their music is raucous enough to feel at home in any roadhouse or 5-star dive bar, and at times, sophisticated enough to be heard at an uptown private club. Their traditional take on the blues focuses on bringing things down to the essential blues ingredients, - wood, wire, blood and bones, and a 60 cycle hum. Electro-fied!
Elliott and the Audio Kings are old school, not retro. They were 2019 International Blues Challenge Semi-Finalists and 2018 Maple Blues Award Nominees
2:20pm Empty Threats
Goderich’s own The Empty Threats! Guaranteed to pack a venue, this dynamic, high energy group of musicians mix it up with a little bit of bluegrass, country, and rock and roll. You won’t be able to sit still!
6:20pm Brock Zeman
When it comes to storytelling, Brock Zeman is a master craftsman. The Canada-based singer-songwriter has spent the past 12 years carving and chiseling Americana soundscapes, drawing from roots-rock and alternative country.
But what separates Zeman from his contemporaries isn’t a willingness to speak truth – it’s his unwillingness to conform to the rules of Nashville and the traditional framework of genre. What gives Zeman’s stories force isn’t that he’s just singing a narrative – he’s living it.
Mayhemingways emerge from a region ripe with musical reputation in Ontario Canada. They are a strong musical duo that converge “Mind-bending and original music with deep roots in the tradition of dark North American folk”
7:40pm Ginger St. James
Born to entertain, Ginger St. James’ song-writing and voice are as powerful as they are poignant. Powerful in a way where it’s hard to believe such a voice comes from a five-foot frame. Poignant in a way that the music and the message rings true through the test of time. Her repertoire blends country, rockabilly and blues with a sultry voice and commanding stage presence.
Ginger St James brings a combination of high energy and incredible sweetness to the stage that is beyond comparison. You won't be able to resist falling in love.
